Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to services that have been fully performed (diagnostics, servicing, overhauls, work on board) if performance began with the consumer's express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is lost once the service is complete, nor to goods made to measure or personalised. If a service starts before the 14 days have expired and the consumer withdraws, they pay for the part already performed, in proportion to the agreed price.
Reconditioned components and deposit
Reconditioned turbochargers, cylinder heads and injectors come with a test certificate and a 12-month warranty. A deposit is charged when you order, refunded in full within 30 days of the used component returning to our workshop, intact and complete.
