How long does it take to intervene?
For emergencies our rapid-response service reaches Italian ports within 24 hours of the call. For international call-outs we organise the team's departure according to the destination. The time needed for a complete overhaul depends on the engine and the condition of its components: we define it together in the quote and we stick to it.
How does the quote work?
Tell us about the vessel, the engine and the problem: an initial assessment is free and without obligation. For complex jobs we offer a technical inspection on board with a written report and a detailed quote. The cost of the inspection is fully deducted if you entrust us with the work.
Do you also travel outside Lazio?
Yes. For Italian ports we have a fully equipped mobile workshop, or we arrange for the team to travel. We can also reach the main European and worldwide ports, particularly for work on large vessels.
What warranty do you offer on your work?
Overhaul work and assemblies remanufactured in our workshop (turbochargers, cylinder heads, injectors) carry a 12-month warranty. New parts follow the manufacturer's warranty. Every job comes with a written report and, where applicable, a certificate: balancing for turbochargers, diagnostics for electronic checks.
Which engines do you work on?
We work on engines from all the major manufacturers, both propulsion engines and generator sets. With our professional diagnostic equipment we also carry out electronic diagnostics on other ECU-equipped manufacturers, such as Yanmar and MTU. If you have doubts about your engine, ask: we will answer right away.
