Inspection and grinding
Dimensional measurements, leak tests, grinding of cylinder heads, seats and shafts. Anything out of tolerance is reconditioned or replaced.
Reassembly
Manufacturer's torque values and tightening sequences, new gaskets and seals, original or certified equivalent parts.
Testing and delivery
Running test with checks on pressures, temperatures and smoke. Final report listing all the work carried out.
