How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within Italy is free for orders over €250. Below this threshold it costs €12.90. Services (diagnostics, overhauls, inspections) are not shipped: after the order we contact you to set the date and place of the intervention.
How do I check that the part is compatible with my engine?
Every product page lists the compatible models, but the final check is done with the engine serial number. Send it to us before ordering, by email or WhatsApp: the check is free and saves you a return.
What does "Remanufactured" mean and how does the deposit work?
Remanufactured components (turbochargers, cylinder heads, injectors) are reconditioned in our workshop and delivered with a test certificate and a 12-month warranty. The price assumes the return of the used unit: a deposit is charged at the time of the order and refunded in full when the old component returns to the workshop, within 30 days.
What are the delivery times?
In-stock products ship within 24 hours and arrive in Italy in 2-4 working days. Components remanufactured to order take 5-7 working days. For shipments abroad and direct deliveries to port we send you a dedicated quote.
Can I return a product?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, if the product is intact and in its original packaging. Services already performed and installed components cannot be returned. Use the Withdraw from the contract here function or write to us at info@italyserviceboat.it quoting the order number.
